ABOUT THE WYOMING WILDLIFE FOUNDATION GENERAL GRANT

GRANT APPLICATIONS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED IN 2019. PLEASE LOOK AGAIN IN 2020.

The purpose of the competitive grants cycle is to provide funds for worthwhile projects that benefit wildlife in Wyoming, exclusively within the priority areas of the Wyoming Wildlife Foundation.  These are:

General Wildlife Conservation: Funding projects to ensure Wyoming’s wildlife are a part of the Wyoming we enjoy today, and remain a vibrant part of our state for generations to come.

Species in Decline: Supporting efforts to sustain wildlife species which are vanishing from Wyoming.

Conservation Education: Teaching Wyoming youth and adults the importance of preserving wildlife species and their habitats, wildlife management, and ecosystems and how they function.

Access: Supporting opportunities for sportsmen, private landowners, and public land management agencies to work in cooperation to preserve access to land for hunters and anglers who play an integral role in wildlife conservation.
